We do not collect payment information — Ellie Eats does not currently process payments in-app. We do not collect your device's location.
Your name, apartment/block/flat, listings, and photos are visible to other members of your apartment community — this is inherent to how the marketplace works. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or other third parties for marketing purposes.
Your login session is secured using an encrypted token stored in your device's secure storage. Your account data is stored on Ellie Eats' own servers, accessed only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Ellie Eats is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
